I’m Max Bolk, a dedicated automotive engineer who has turned his passion for motorsport into a profession. My expertise lies in vehicle dynamics, which I apply as a performance engineer across various racing disciplines.

Since the start of my career, I’ve been actively involved in both rallying and circuit racing, supporting teams with data-driven insights and hands-on engineering.

My skillset includes:

  • Race Engineering – setup development, session planning, and driver support
  • Data Engineering – telemetry logging, analysis, and reporting
  • Performance Engineering – improving both vehicle and driver performance using data driven decisions
  • Strategy Engineering – real-time decision-making based on conditions and data
