When Regterschot Racing was founded, I introduced race engineering practices to establish a solid foundation for performance analysis and strategy development. This led to my appointment as Chief Race Engineer, where I oversee car and driver preparation, conduct data analysis to enhance performance, and develop race strategies. Additionally, I contribute to the team’s technical development by designing sensors and control systems to improve data collection. As part of my thesis project, I performed lap-time simulations using ChassisSim Technologies to provide valuable insights for future races. I remain actively involved with the team to this day.
